1. Damaged Products

If you notice any issues with your package upon receipt, such as visible leaks, tears, or other signs of damage, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process. This video serves as proof of damage and will allow us to arrange a replacement shipment. Claims regarding damaged items will not be accepted without video evidence.

2. Lost Package in Transit

If your package is lost during transit by the postal service, we guarantee a free reshipment. We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered reliably and on time.

3. Seizure at Customs

In the event that your package is seized by customs, we offer one-time reshipment. We highly recommend providing an alternative address for the reshipment. If no alternative address is available, we suggest waiting before attempting to reship to minimize the risk of another seizure.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If the package is sent to an incorrect address and is lost, it will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.

5. Customer Responsibility for Uncollected Packages

If the customer fails to collect the package from the postal service and it is returned to us, the package will be considered lost due to customer negligence. In such cases, we will not provide a reshipment or refund.

6. Return Limitations

Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept product returns. Our products require specific storage conditions, making returns unfeasible.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available, except in exceptional cases that will be reviewed on an individual basis. If you have a valid reason to request a refund, please contact our support team, and we will work to find a solution.
