All orders are shipped from Asian countries.

2. Discreet and Secure Packaging

Your package will be shipped discreetly and securely, with no indication of its contents or our branding. Our delivery success rate is 98%, but please note that there is a risk of delay.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • USA and Canada: 9-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe, including the UK: 8-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Middle East: 8-14 business days after dispatch.
  • Africa: 8-14 business days after dispatch.
  • South America: 9-15 business days after dispatch.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to national holidays in the country of dispatch, or high order volumes.

5. Seized Packages at Customs

If your package is seized by customs, we offer one reship. You will need to provide proof of seizure, and you may choose to wait or change the delivery address for the reshipment. We only reship one time in case of customs seizure.

6. Lost Packages

If you fail to collect your package and it is returned to the sender, it is not considered lost and the responsibility falls on you. If the package is lost in transit, we will reship it.

7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package (e.g., leaks), you must record the unboxing process on video. We only accept claims for damaged items if a video of the unboxing is provided.

8. Order Tracking

We provide a tracking number for every order, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

9. Shipping Cost

We offer a flat shipping rate of $25 for all orders, regardless of size.

10. Reship Delays

If your package is seized by customs, we recommend waiting a little before requesting a reship to reduce the risk of a second seizure. If you change the delivery address, no waiting period is required.
